Incredible Videos, Part I…
I usually post new music videos every Tuesday. Most I find interesting, and some are jsut new songs to check. But today, I’m posting a few videos that just blew my mind. All pretty new, and all of them amazing! So grab some popcorn homies!
Gnarls Barkley – Who’s Gonna Save My Soul. This was by far the best song in the album, and now it has the best video of all the singles. Simply stunning. This video basically put into words what happens to tons of people daily. “…and unfortunately, none of them will be able to measure up to the false memory of what you and I once had…”. Amazing. Its cool they put the skit in the middle of the whole song, this kind of song is too deep for just visuals, even though the broken heart walking through the diner was stunning on its own.
Gotye – Hearts a Mess. Got put on to this guy by a friend. I was totally sleeping on this for a while, but damn, this is incredible. The song is fantastic, but the video is just pure madness. I haven’t seen anything like this in a while, but it kind of remind me of the “Nightmare Before Christmas” flick. The eerily shaped singer seems to be going across the world looking for people to take to a new world. It has real dark colors, but I don’t find it to be that dark in the sense. Very fresh.

Shad – The Old Prince Still Lives at Home. This video right here was a long time coming. I’m surprised it took this long for someone to finally flip the Fresh Prince show intro. This is actually the first time I hear of Shad, and I’m sure its the first time for most people. This video will really get him mad exposure though. Clever ass video, and funny ass lyrics. I’m feeling it yo!
